Ingredients

- 500 g of clean cuttlefish
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by cleaning the cuttlefish and cut it into strips or cubes, as you prefer.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the cuttlefish to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly browned and tender.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the cuttlefish and mix well. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and remove from heat.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
