- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 oranges (juice and grated peel)
- 1 large onion
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs and brown them on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken thighs from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the orange juice and grated peel to the skillet, and mix well.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet and simmer for 30 minutes, covered with a lid.
- Serve hot, accompanied by rice or mashed potatoes.
